Revival Salts

Believers Are Salt and Light
“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

Matthew 5:13

In revival every disciple of Jesus Christ becomes salt wherever they are found, either they are brought there by a higher authority or they came there willingly. It will not be them working but God doing his own work in them for himself. As Paul said,

For God is working in you, giving you the desire to obey him and the power to do what pleases him.

Philippians 2:13

God is ever actively working in his sons and daughters. As a result they will become the channel through which he travels into an environment. And when he enters any place he will reveal his glory, goodness, mercy, grace and his favour will be seen at work in those who believe in him. All needed changes will begin to occur, transformations will be seen in people’s lives. Those who appear not to be useful before will suddenly develop the desire to please God and to do only what pleases him daily, both for what concerns them and others, and also for the work of the kingdom of God.

Times of Mercy and Judgement

Concerning the Gentiles, God says in the prophecy of Hosea, “Those who were not my people, I will now call my people. And I will love those whom I did not love before.”

Romans 9:25

In revival, because it will be a Time of great mercy and also judgement people who lost their sweetness, tastiness, saltiness, flavor will have it back because their whole being Will become revived by the power of God’s Spirit that will be at work.

All disciples Will be kept clean

“Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.”

Ezekiel 36:25-27

Since the cleansing of a man’s spiritual garment (the soul) is the primary reason for revival, God will be fully committed to cleaning his saints of every impurity. He will punish those who remain stubborn to him. But as many as he finds available he purifies so that they offer him acceptable sacrifices.

He will sit like a refiner of silver, burning away the dross. He will purify the Levites, refining them like gold and silver, so that they may once again offer acceptable sacrifices to the LORD.

Malachi 3:3

In revival no genuine disciple will be idle. The Master’s vineyard will be open to employ as many as are being cleansed by the water and blood (John 3:3).

Every Disciple will be relevant

He made my words as sharp as a sword.
With his own hand he protected me.
He made me like an arrow,
sharp and ready for use.

Isaiah 49:2

In revival, disciples, regardless of age, social status, gender or other personal factors will become very relevant, they will all become God’s own employees. The common certification for God’s approval on a life will remain the presence of the new creation life. If you’re born again you’re God’s tool, you’ll be of ultimate use to God in your environment and wherever you find yourself.

Restoration happens, and purpose will be found

…And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.” …Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.” And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham.

Luke 19:1-9

In times of revival, those who have been trampled in life before by poverty and lack and insufficiencies, diseases, sicknesses, disappointments, frustrations, barrenness, failures and bad lucksetc. will be revitalized from within their hearts, life will come into their whole being. When God’s fire that revives the dead come into them, even their dead flavors and every form of deadness in their being will automatically receive life. They will become so useful in God’s agenda, such that their ignorance and their status as uneducated shall be swallowed up in the power and presence of the grace and mercy of the Almighty. Purpose will find them by itself. The low estate will attract God’s unending grace and mercy to them.

We become revived to serve God Aright

Jesus Heals Many People
Jesus left the synagogue and went to Simon’s home. Simon’s mother-in-law was sick with a high fever, and they spoke to Jesus about her. He went and stood at her bedside and ordered the fever to leave her. The fever left her, and she got up at once and began to wait on them.

Luke 4:38-39

When Jesus healed Peter’s mother-in-law, she got up and served them food. Her health was trampled and she had no strength to feed her generation but she could do God’s will after being revived by his power. When people are revived they shall serve the Lord. This is why there must be revival everyday. The people who come to God must be productive. The ones he’s saved from sin must be ready and willing to say a big thanks by submitting to the service of the kingdom of God.
